Use of Our Services
- You must be at least 13 years old to use our platform. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.
- You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
- We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service to anyone at our discretion if misuse, dishonesty, or inappropriate behavior is detected.
Booking and Payments
- All tutoring sessions must be scheduled through our official website or approved communication channels.
- Payment must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed upon.

Cancellations and Refunds
- Students may cancel or reschedule a session at least 24 hours in advance without penalty.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session may not be eligible for a refund.
- If a tutor cancels a session, the student will be offered a rescheduled session or a full refund.
- Demo sessions are free (unless otherwise stated) and non-refundable once completed.
Student Conduct
- Students must attend sessions on time and maintain respectful communication with tutors.
- Disruptive, offensive, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
- Sharing inappropriate content or engaging in harassment will lead to immediate termination of services.
Intellectual Property
- All materials, lesson plans, and resources provided during tutoring sessions are owned by The Empowered Learning Space / MyTutorPath.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or share our materials without prior written permission.
Disclaimer of Warranties
- We strive to provide high-quality tutoring, but we do not guarantee specific academic results or outcomes.
- Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
- Our total liability, under any circumstance, shall not exceed the amount paid for the session(s) in question.
