✓Real professional experience in your field (web, apps, production, marketing…)
✓A portfolio or track record you can show
✓Experience teaching, coaching or explaining clearly to a class
✓Warm, patient and reliable manner
✓Fluent English and Urdu (additional languages a bonus)
