These terms govern your use of MyTutorPath’s website and on-campus courses. By enquiring about or enrolling in a course you agree to them.
Our service
MyTutorPath provides in-person, classroom-based courses in digital skills such as SEO, web and app development and marketing, taught by expert instructors at our Islamabad campus.
Enquiries & enrolment
You can get in touch to enquire about any course, visit our campus and meet the instructor before you enrol. Places are subject to availability and class size, and are intended to help you decide whether the course is right for you.
Course fees & payment
Courses are a one-time fee for your chosen 1, 2 or 3-month course, paid in Pakistani Rupees at enrolment. Fees are shown on our Pricing page; there is no subscription and nothing recurring.
Access & refunds
There is no subscription and nothing recurring — you pay a single course fee when you enrol. If a course isn’t right for you, see our Refund Policy. Once enrolled, you keep access to your chosen course for its full 1, 2 or 3-month duration.
Classes & rescheduling
Please give reasonable notice if you cannot attend a class. If an instructor is unavailable or a class is cancelled, we will run a replacement or make-up class so no paid class is wasted.
Conduct
We ask all learners to treat instructors and fellow students with respect. We may decline or end service in cases of abusive behaviour. Our instructors follow a clear code of conduct and our Safeguarding Policy.
Intellectual property
Website content and any learning materials we provide remain our property or our licensors’ and are for personal, non-commercial use only.
Liability
We provide our service with reasonable care and skill, but to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes & governing law
We may update these terms from time to time and will post the current version here. These terms are governed by applicable law.
