The safety and wellbeing of children and vulnerable learners is our highest priority. This policy summarises how we keep learners safe in our on-campus classes.
Our commitment
MyTutorPath is committed to safeguarding every learner. We expect all instructors, staff and parents to share this commitment and to act in the best interests of younger learners at all times.
Vetting our instructors
Every instructor is carefully vetted before joining us:
- ✓Identity and professional experience are verified
- ✓Instructors complete verified background checks where they teach under-18s
- ✓A teaching demonstration and references are required
- ✓All instructors agree to our safeguarding code of conduct
Safe on-campus classes
Classes take place at our supervised Islamabad campus with safeguards in place:
- ✓Classrooms are supervised and parents of under-18s have full visibility
- ✓Parents are welcome to be present, especially for younger learners
- ✓Instructors must not arrange private, one-to-one contact with an under-18 learner outside class
- ✓Communication and scheduling go through official channels
Designated Safeguarding Lead
We have a Designated Safeguarding Lead responsible for safeguarding concerns. Any concern is taken seriously, recorded, and acted upon promptly, including referral to the appropriate authorities where necessary.
Reporting a concern
If you have any safeguarding concern, please contact us immediately at salam@mytutorpath.com or call +92 339 4683250. In an emergency, always contact your local emergency services first.
The role of parents
For under-18 learners, parents and guardians play a vital part: please accompany younger learners to and from campus where possible, stay in contact with our staff, and raise anything that concerns you without delay.
