SEO Basics: How to Get a Pakistani Business Found on Google
Most small businesses in Pakistan are invisible on Google, and the fixes are simpler than the industry likes to admit. Here are the ones that matter.

SEO has been made to sound far more mysterious than it is. For a small business in Pakistan, the vast majority of the benefit comes from a short list of unglamorous fundamentals — most of which take an afternoon and cost nothing. The complicated parts only start to matter once the simple ones are done, and they almost never are.
For any business with a physical location, this is the highest-return hour you will ever spend. When someone searches for a service "near me", the map results appear above everything else — and they are drawn from Business Profiles, not websites. A complete, accurate, photographed profile with real reviews will out-perform a beautiful website that lacks one.
People do not search for slogans. They search for "dental clinic in F-8" or "web development course in Islamabad". Your page titles and headings should contain the words a real person would type, in plain language. A homepage titled "Welcome" is invisible; one that names the service and the city is not.
"Write the words your customer would type, not the words your brochure would print."
— The MyTutorPath approach
One page listing eight services will rank for none of them. Eight pages, each properly about one service, can rank for all eight. This single structural decision separates most businesses that get found from most that do not.
Nearly all of your visitors are on a phone, often on mobile data. Enormous unoptimised images are the most common reason a site is slow, and a slow site loses people before it has said anything. Compress your images and check your own site on a normal connection, not office wifi.
Every genuine question your customers ask is a page someone is searching for. Answering those questions properly, one page at a time, is the most durable SEO there is — and it has the useful side effect of being the thing that convinces people once they arrive.
A Business Profile can produce calls within days. Website changes typically take weeks to be reflected, and competitive terms take months. Anyone promising faster is describing paid ads, which are a legitimate tool but a different one — and worth knowing when to use instead.
SEO, social media and paid campaigns are all covered in our Digital Marketing course — two months, three classes a week, on campus in Islamabad, with real businesses as the practice ground.
